At Prettify Me, we are committed to providing a luxury, high-quality experience for every guest. To ensure seamless service and the best results, please review our salon policies below.

1. 7-Day Service Warranty

We take pride in our craftsmanship. We offer a 7-day repair warranty from the date of your original service.

  • Complimentary Repairs: Any issues deemed a result of our workmanship will be repaired at no extra charge.
  • Exclusions: This warranty does not cover changes in color, shape, or length after the service is completed. It also does not apply to work originally performed at other salons.
  • After 7 Days: Repairs requested after the one-week mark will incur a standard repair fee, which will be discussed prior to the service.

2. Cancellations & Late Arrivals

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To respect our technicians’ schedules and other clients, we require the following:

  • Cancellations & Rescheduling: Please provide at least 2 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Repeated last-minute cancellations, rescheduling, or no-shows may result in appointments no longer being available to book. In those cases, services will be offered on a walk-in basis only.
  • Late Arrivals: To keep our schedule running smoothly, appointments cannot be held after 10 minutes. If you are running late, please let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate based on availability.

3. Health & Safety

Your health is our priority. Our technicians are licensed nail professionals, not medical providers.

  • Medical Disclosure: If you have any existing medical conditions, disabilities, injuries, infections, or foot concerns, please inform us prior to your appointment so we can ensure the safest service possible.
  • Specialized Care: If you are experiencing a painful or deeply ingrown toenail, we recommend consulting a podiatrist for treatment. Services can be provided once the area has been medically cleared.
  • Infections: For the safety of all guests, we cannot provide services if there are visible signs of nail infections (fungal, bacterial) or open wounds.

4. Equipment Safety & Accessibility

To ensure the safety and comfort of all guests, Prettify Me follows the manufacturer’s safety guidelines for all pedicure spa chairs and equipment.

If a situation arises where our spa chairs may not safely accommodate a specific request or condition, we may not be able to perform the service. Our goal is always to provide a safe, comfortable, and relaxing experience for every client.

5. Right to Refuse Service

For the safety and comfort of our staff and guests, Prettify Me reserves the right to refuse or terminate service for:

  • Inappropriate, disrespectful, or aggressive behavior.
  • Visible signs of nail infections (fungal, bacterial) or open wounds.
  • Repeated no-shows or late cancellations.

6. Photo & Media Policy

We love showcasing our work! By receiving services at Prettify Me, you consent to our staff taking photos or videos of your nails for promotional and social media purposes. If you prefer not to be filmed or photographed, please let your technician know before your service begins.

7. Surveillance & Safety Policy

For the protection of our clients and staff, our premises are under 24/7 video surveillance. This ensures a safe environment and helps resolve any disputes regarding service or conduct. All footage is kept confidential and handled in accordance with privacy laws.

8. Salon Environment

  • Serene Space: To maintain a relaxing atmosphere, only clients receiving services are permitted in the service area.
  • Animals: Only certified service animals are allowed. For safety and hygiene, pets and emotional support animals are not permitted.
